Our Projects

We are committed to delivering a range of high profile and important place shaping projects for local residents and businesses.

We’re extremely proud of what we’ve achieved in recent years. Just a few of the things we have in our back pocket include the transformation of Priory, Memorial and Preston Parks, three new leisure centres and community hubs, new market and affordable housing schemes and flagship mixed use development in our town centres.

However, we are looking to do more and to create even better places in the future.

This includes everything from high profile multi-million pound mixed use development schemes, to smaller projects that also make a real difference to people’s lives. Just a taste of current projects include:

• Marketfield Way - a flagship mixed-use town scheme providing a new cinema, flats and commercial floorspace in Redhill town centre
• Horley Business Park – the largest planned new office development in the South East
• Merstham recreation ground – the transformation of an open space located in one of our priority regeneration areas
• Horley open space – enhanced open space, sports and outside leisure facilities for new and existing residents
• New market and affordable housing – which is being delivered by ourselves and with partners
• Sustainable transport initiatives – working with our partners to promote walking, cycling and better train and bus services.
